Junior Recruiter
At Dyninno we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual psychologist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. This role requires a professional level of English and experience in recruiting commercial, administrative and SENA positions.
Job conditions:
- Modality: 100% Onsite.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
- Salary: 3,000,000 COP + Bonus (KPI based)
- Contract type: Indefinite term.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process for sales agents and internal recruitment processes in Bogotá.
- Conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
- Manage recruitment processes for internship positions.
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Professional level.
- Experience in recruiting for commercial and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of different recruitment strategies and tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
