Junior Recruiter

At Dyninno we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual psychologist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. This role requires a professional level of English and experience in recruiting commercial, administrative and SENA positions.

Job conditions:

• Modality: 100% Onsite.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
• Salary: 3,000,000 COP + Bonus (KPI based)
• Contract type: Indefinite term.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process for sales agents and internal recruitment processes in Bogotá.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
• Manage recruitment processes for internship positions.
• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Professional level.
• Experience in recruiting for commercial and administrative roles.
• Knowledge of different recruitment strategies and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
